Quotes
Every job is quoted individually. A quote is based on the information you provide and may change if the job differs materially (for example size, weight, access or timing).
Inspections
Inspections are visual assessments of what is reasonably visible on the day. We do not test, operate, dismantle, measure precisely or certify items. Reports are not a guarantee of condition, authenticity, completeness or functionality, and bidding decisions remain yours.
Collection
You are responsible for paying the auction house or vendor and for providing any authority they require for a third party to collect. We are not responsible for delays caused by the auction house, vendor or site access.
Packing and freight
Freight is carried by independent third-party carriers under their own terms and conditions. Some goods may be unsuitable to pack or ship. We will tell you if we believe an item cannot be safely handled.
Independence
The Auction Concierge is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an agent of any auction house.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
